Retail Sales Specialist – Janie and Jack

Are you passionate about assisting customers and enthusiastic about fashion and merchandising? Janie and Jack is seeking motivated Retail Sales Specialists to join our dedicated team. With guidance from your leaders, you will deliver outstanding service and be empowered to enhance the Janie and Jack shopping experience for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assess customers' needs by actively listening
  • Exhibit a friendly, sincere, helpful, and positive demeanor
  • Show empathy and support for your colleagues
  • Take joy in assembling outfits and sharing style insights with customers
  • Meet sales targets (both in-store and online) by effectively utilizing selling tools
  • Collaborate with the team to keep the store beautifully organized through restocking, re-merchandising, pricing adjustments, and light cleaning
  • Provide feedback, suggestions, and insights – your opinions matter to us

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in apparel or retail (preferred)
  • A strong interest in fashion trends and a passion for sales
  • Experience with children (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in processing information and operating store systems accurately
  • Availability to work as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Additional Information:
