Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the operation of physician practices, typically consisting of more than 4 providers, over 10 FTEs, or multiple sites. The role involves managing subordinate personnel, preparing clinic budgets, ensuring data accuracy, and handling complex customer service issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for assigned administrative areas.
  • Assist in developing and implementing annual operational plans and budgets.
  • Select, train, and supervise clinic personnel in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate performances and recommend merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Resolve administrative issues and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with Regional Director and corporate Marketing Department in practice development.
  • Ensure effective implementation of job descriptions, personnel policies, and payroll practices.
  • Monitor and control clinic expenditures within budget.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities.
  • Serve as liaison between clinic and external agencies.
  • Work with staff and providers to ensure quality patient care and services.
  • Gather and report monthly and annual data for fiscal, statistical, and planning purposes.
  • Develop and implement revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Participate in professional development activities to stay current with healthcare trends and practices.
