Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Sony Pictures Entertainment. As a key member of our Game Shows Social & Digital Organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, grows our audience, and showcases the Wheel of Fortune brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a social media content calendar that aligns with the brand's overall marketing strategy
  • Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including short-form and long-form content, paid and organic social media, and influencer partnerships
  • Manage and moderate comments, engage with fans, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the in-house creative team to develop and refine content, including writing and editing copy, and providing creative direction
  • Work closely with the paid media team and third-party agencies to launch paid promotions of content on social media platforms
  • Monitor and analyze performance data, and make recommendations for optimizing content and improving engagement
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across each social media platform
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms, as well as social content marketing toolsets
  • Experience as a content creator, with the ability to record, edit, and post content on the fly
  • Experience working directly with talent, talent-representation, and being on shoots, sets, and red carpets
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be available to work on-site in Culver City, CA four days per week
  • Experience with project management software, such as Airtable
What We Offer:
