Key Responsibilities:- Planning: Develop and implement long-lead production plans to ensure key business priorities and artist campaigns are supported across assigned shows.
- Manage Administrative Functions: Oversee administrative tasks for a team, including planners, calendars, studio bookings, recording sessions, and internal trackers.
- Implement New Show Features: Confidently communicate with talent and show teams, as well as internal cross-functional teams, to implement new show features and formats.
- Schedule Music: Schedule music for the show and share with the technical producer.
- Research Program Music: Research program music, write notes on selected songs, and coordinate guest appearances.
- Write Background Notes: Write background notes and interview questions for guests, including editorial asks.
- Write Scripts: Write scripts for shows and editorial content.
- Populate Show Episode Tracker: Populate the show episode tracker.
- Work with Artist Relations: Work with the Artist Relations team to book guests for shows.
- Be Present: Be present in person or via video call for broadcasts and tapings of shows, talk breaks, and interviews.
- Direct Broadcast/Taping: Direct broadcast/taping.
- Ensure Adherence: Ensure adherence to broadcast standards and requirements.
- Coach and Manage Talent: Coach and manage talent.
- Music Logs: Maintain music logs.
- Update Show Episode Tracker: Update the show episode tracker.
- Quality Check Assets: Quality check audio and video assets before sharing with artist teams and talent.
- Gather Broadcast Details: Gather broadcast details and social handle information to send to artists that feature on the episode.
