Job Description

The Office Manager at Helzberg Diamonds is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
* Implement company programs and initiatives
* Provide leadership and motivation to achieve sales and profit goals
* Achieve personal sales and extended warranty goals
* Assist in recruiting and hiring top talent

The ideal candidate will possess:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years of retail office experience
* Previous supervisory experience
* Ability to sell in a commission environment
* Experience with PC or POS systems
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
