Business Relationship Manager

At Bremer Bank National Association, we're passionate about helping our customers succeed and grow. As a Business Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and achieving benchmark standards and individual performance objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio to minimize credit risk exposure
- Business development and retention
- Credit analysis and loan structure design
- Risk management and community involvement
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
You'll identify and initiate new client opportunities, build and develop new and existing client relationships, and actively cross-sell appropriate banking products. This role can be located out of the Owatonna, Rochester, or Mankato offices.
Qualifications include a combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree, experience in credit administration and lending functions, background in commercial business operations and commercial real estate, and experience with business development activities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and 5 years' experience. Customer service experience, sales experience, and ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values and foster an inclusive work environment are also required.
Pay range: $80,000.00 - $148,700.00. Exempt/salaried position with a bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package.
