Nobel Biocare Territory Representative

Job Summary:
The Nobel Biocare Territory Representative is a key role within Envista, responsible for driving sales and service growth in dental clinics and laboratories within their assigned territory. This position requires a strong understanding of dental industry products and solutions, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales and service goals within the territory.
- Analyze customer and territory sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders in the dental industry.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and technologies to inform sales and service strategies.
- Manage territory sales performance and report on progress to management.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide sales and service support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the medical or dental industry.
- 3+ years of achievement-oriented sales or clinical experience, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
- Professional sales skills and experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
Work Environment:
This role requires frequent travel to customer sites within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
