Job Title: Nobel Biocare Territory Representative

Job Summary:

The Nobel Biocare Territory Representative is a key role within Envista, responsible for driving sales and service growth in dental clinics and laboratories within their assigned territory. This individual will be the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers, promoting Nobel Biocare products, solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales and service goals.
  • Analyze customer and territory sales trends to inform sales activity and ensure territory meets or exceeds assigned targets.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction with products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing creative strategies to convert prospective customers from competitors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
  • Manage accurate customer files and records to ensure up-to-date customer information.
  • Report product issues, customer losses, or competitive strategies that impact local sales to management.
  • Stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitive activity to apply knowledge in sales strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures, implementing them effectively at the territory level.
  • Establish and maintain a travel schedule to ensure consistent contact with customers.
  • Manage assigned territory within allocated expense budget.
  • Complete administrative paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Participate in trade shows and company meetings as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in the medical or dental industry considered.
  • 3+ years of achievement-oriented sales or clinical experience; dental or medical device experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Must live within the territory.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and verbalize technical product and clinical information.
  • Professional sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Travel/Location:

  • Laptop, iPad, iPhone, and company allowance provided.
  • All business expenses reimbursed.
  • Eligible for incentive trip and other company-sponsored promotional activities.
  • Geography: Southern Minnesota.
  • Key cities: Owatonna, Mankato, Rochester.
  • Overnight Travel: Up to 15%.
