Nobel Biocare Territory Representative

The Nobel Biocare Territory Representative is responsible for driving sales and service growth within their assigned territory, primarily in dental clinics and/or laboratories. This role involves effectively promoting and selling Nobel Biocare products, solutions, and services to existing and potential customers, while adhering to organizational policies and directives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on customer needs and preferences.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to inform sales activities and ensure territory goals are met.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with Nobel Biocare products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing creative strategies to convert prospective customers from competitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key thought leaders to expand market share.
- Manage customer files and records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Report product issues, customer losses, or competitive strategies that impact local sales to management.
- Stay informed about products, technologies, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Comply with company policies and procedures, demonstrating the ability to implement them effectively at the territory level.
- Establish a travel schedule to maintain consistent customer contact, following sales plans and logical routing.
- Manage territory expenses within allocated budgets.
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Participate in trade shows and company meetings as required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the medical or dental industry.
- 3+ years of achievement-oriented sales or clinical experience, preferably in dental or medical devices.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Residency within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate complex product and clinical information.
- Professional sales skills, including verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Nobel Biocare provides a laptop, iPad, iPhone, and company allowance. Business expenses are reimbursed, and the candidate is eligible for incentive trips and company-sponsored promotional activities. The territory covers Southern Minnesota, with key cities including Owatonna, Mankato, and Rochester. Overnight travel is up to 15%.
