- Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including vascular surgeons, orthopedists, spine surgeons, PM&R, pediatricians, skilled nursing staff, and physical and occupational therapists.
- Generate Repeat Referrals: Develop and execute plans to generate repeat referrals from existing clients and partners.
- Drive Business Growth: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new revenue streams and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Facility Personnel: Work closely with facility personnel to ensure seamless referrals, evaluations, and marketing activities.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Maintain knowledge of competitor facilities and stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure MarHealth/Orthotics LTD remains a leader in the market.
