MarHealth/Orthotics LTD is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead growth and expansion in the healthcare market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with referral sources, generating repeat referrals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead Growth and Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand our presence in the healthcare market, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including vascular surgeons, orthopedists, spine surgeons, PM&R, pediatricians, skilled nursing staff, and physical and occupational therapists.
  • Generate Repeat Referrals: Develop and execute plans to generate repeat referrals from existing clients and partners.
  • Drive Business Growth: Analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new revenue streams and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Facility Personnel: Work closely with facility personnel to ensure seamless referrals, evaluations, and marketing activities.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Maintain knowledge of competitor facilities and stay up-to-date with industry developments to ensure MarHealth/Orthotics LTD remains a leader in the market.
