- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that the hotel's reputation is maintained.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with a strong background in customer service and front desk operations.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
