Community Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to oversee the management of a manufactured housing community in Beaverton, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees and charges.
  • Follow-up on late/delinquent rents and issue late rent notices as necessary.
  • Maintain individual tenant files, records, and current tenant contact information.
  • Review tenant applications, screen potential tenants, and execute rental agreements.
  • Promote and assist in sales of tenant-owned homes and community-owned homes.
  • Enforce terms of Rental Agreements and Facility rules and regulations.
  • Manage maintenance technician and ensure the community is well maintained to property owner and Commonwealth standards.
Requirements:
  • 20-25 hours per week
  • $20 per hour

Please note that this is a part-time position with a competitive hourly rate.
