We are seeking a highly skilled Community Manager to join our team at Commonwealth, a leading Real Estate Management Company. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of a manufactured housing community in Beaverton, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees and charges.
- Follow-up on late/delinquent rents and issue late rent notices as necessary.
- Maintain individual tenant files, records, and current tenant contact information.
- Review tenant applications, screen potential tenants, and execute rental agreements.
- Promote and assist in sales of tenant-owned homes and community-owned homes.
- Enforce terms of Rental Agreements and Facility rules and regulations.
- Manage maintenance technician and ensure the community is well maintained to property owner and Commonwealth standards.
- 20-25 hours per week
- $20 per hour
