About the Role:

Zinnia is seeking a seasoned product marketing leader to drive the go-to-market strategy for our SaaS products. As the Senior Director, Product Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping the product marketing vision and strategy, leading a team of product marketers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the product, sales, customer success, and brand teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
  • Create and manage go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Lead the development of sales enablement materials, including product collateral, case studies, white papers, and presentations.
  • Drive demand generation campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure product adoption and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience in tech or SaaS product marketing, or a strong understanding of financial services products and services.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling SaaS or tech products.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in the firm.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

What We Offer:

Zinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation with the goal of retaining and growing talented team members. The salary range for this role is $200,000-$225,000. We offer great benefits, including health/dental insurance, parental leave, profit sharing, 401(k), incentive/bonus opportunity, tuition reimbursement, and so much more.
