Daily Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and business partners through phone and email communications.
- Address customer complaints with professionalism and composure.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve issues effectively.
- Track the progress of delivery routes.
- Manage modifications or cancellations of delivery orders.
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $16/hr, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in a call center setting.
- Strong customer service abilities with a focus on effective issue resolution.
- Excellent multitasking capabilities with outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure while delivering solutions that surpass customer expectations.
