Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Tech Support Specialist to join our team at ZZ2, an innovative automotive smart integration company. As a Tech Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in resolving smartphone and connectivity issues for our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support and service.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance with smartphone and automotive infotainment hardware and software
  • Prepare reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Update the company website with tech tips and brief documents
  • Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see problems through to resolution
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
  • Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
  • Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services
Requirements
  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, automotive, electronics, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Car and electronics enthusiast
