Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) must be approachable, diplomatic, and well-organized. They will collaborate with clients and colleagues across the organization to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. A positive demeanor and eagerness to learn about our equipment, including its applications and specifications, are essential for all CSRs.

Key Responsibilities
Task Frequency

  • Handle incoming calls and engage with clients and team members regarding inquiries, orders, and/or direct calls to the appropriate department.

  • Process and print new orders, including modifications such as cancellations, additions, and transfers.

  • Input orders into our operational software, Alert IMS.

  • Relay critical information to our technical, sales, purchasing, and shipping teams through various communication methods, including face-to-face discussions, phone calls, emails, or video conferencing.

  • Follow up with clients to provide information or request necessary documents, order confirmations, quotes, or other vital details.

  • Facilitate the internal transfer of equipment.

  • Assist inventory and accounting teams in ensuring accurate recording of inventory transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
