Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned growth marketing expert to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across paid and organic channels. As a key member of our founding team, you'll oversee the entire D2C growth of Aonic, including our free preventative health companion app, diagnostics offering, and functional consumer goods.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
  2. Lead initiatives in SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, display advertising, and commerce marketing (Amazon, Google Shopping).
  3. Tailor marketing campaigns to drive growth for Aonic's health products, AI-powered app, and diagnostics services.
  4. In close collaboration with our EPD team, lead our product strategy across our Shopify-based e-commerce store and our AI-Powered health companion app.
  5. Grow Aonic's brand by being an ambassador for Aonic's mission to empower people to live healthier while enjoying it.
  6. Be part of the Senior Leadership Team and contribute to the overall strategy, culture, and success of Aonic.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record across both paid and organic channels.
  3. Proven track record to build brands and sell products highly efficiently and effectively.
  4. Expertise in SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, display advertising, scalable creator/influencer, and commerce marketing.
  5. Strong analytical skills, ideally with experience in SQL and Python.
  6. Dedicated experience with Shopify as a plus.
  7. Experience with AI, automation, and low-code platforms.
  8. Demonstrated ability to conduct A/B testing and optimize conversion rates.
  9. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  11. Ability to work 5 days onsite in our office in downtown San Francisco, CA.
  12. Highly motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
