Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to work as a Virtual Corporate Travel Booker for our esteemed host agency, Navigate New Horizons. Responsibilities:

  • Assist corporate clients in meticulously planning and booking various business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, meeting venues, and specialized services.
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge and expert advice on corporate travel policies, preferred vendors, loyalty programs, and cost-saving strategies, leveraging virtual communication channels to liaise with clients effectively.
  • Engage with corporate clients to understand their specific travel requirements, budgets, and corporate travel policies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, travel regulations, and corporate travel updates to offer tailored recommendations and strategic insights to clients.
  • Efficiently manage corporate travel reservations, changes, cancellations, and other inquiries with precision and promptness, ensuring a seamless and efficient travel experience for corporate travelers.
  • Ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive assistance throughout the corporate travel process.
  • Collaborate closely with corporate travel managers, preferred vendors, and specialized suppliers to negotiate corporate rates, streamline travel logistics, and optimize business travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; comprehensive training and support will be provided to develop your expertise in corporate travel planning.
  • A proven track record in corporate travel planning or related fields with a deep understanding of corporate travel policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Willingness to learn and proficiency in utilizing virtual communication tools and advanced travel booking platforms to deliver exceptional service to corporate clients.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills with the ability to effectively engage with corporate clients virtually and cater to their business travel needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a virtual setting.
