Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive adoption of AWS within our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption of AWS' full suite of services into a set of Strategic ISV customers, exceeding annual revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and manage a team of top strategic sales professionals.
  • Ensure end customer satisfaction through effective account management.
Requirements

A successful candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of technology sales and business development experience, ideally with strong IaaS or PaaS experience.
  • 5 years sales management experience of enterprise software sellers.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications

A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus. Experience in developing sustainable new business, growing customer relationships, and communicating with senior leadership is also desired.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $ $150,000 - $200,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
