Job Description: As a Financial Aid Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing student financial aid files, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with internal and federal policies.
  • Coordinating with students, admissions, student accounts, and other departments to resolve issues related to tuition payments and financial aid eligibility.
  • Communicating effectively with students, parents, and internal stakeholders regarding financial aid application processes, awarding, and disbursement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, experience, or training can be substituted.
  • Previous experience in student finance, higher education, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Post University offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
