Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our Gras Lawn team in the Connecticut area. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving branch performance and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape management, with a proven track record of success in client relationship development and team leadership.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inspect client properties to monitor job quality and performance.
  • Renew existing accounts annually and explore opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and coordinate client service teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management for the branch.
  • Analyze branch performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a safe and productive work environment by implementing proper asset use and safety practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to Account Managers and Operations Managers.
  • Drive new sales processes and implement policies and procedures.
  • Estimate jobs accurately and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop employees.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of landscape experience.
  • 5+ years of Landscape Branch Management experience.
  • Prior customer service, management, and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and relevant certifications/licenses.
