Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Create engaging training materials and surveys to support the student finance department.
  2. Design and lead experiential learning programs emphasizing financial aid, student accounts, and compliance.
  3. Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and institutional regulations and integrate them into relevant training modules.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain course integrity.
  5. Serve as a resource for associates seeking clarification and documentation for the Student Finance Department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a minimum of an associate degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Aid/Student Finance, with management or learning & development experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to listen, question, explain, and provide feedback.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, with high comprehension skills and a demonstrated history of training.
