The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to students, families, and internal stakeholders regarding tuition payments and financial aid processes.

Job Summary: As a Student Financial Aid Specialist, you will work closely with students, admissions, student accounts, registrars, and advising teams to ensure seamless tuition payment processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating clearly and effectively with students and internal stakeholders about tuition payment options, financial aid eligibility, and federal student loan requirements.
  • Providing outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely follow-up on student inquiries.
  • Analyzing data, reviewing student files, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with internal and federal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education, experience, or training can be substituted.
  • Previous experience in higher education, student finance, or related fields is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in rules and regulations and stay compliant.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location. Post University offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
