Operations Director

MNCASA seeks a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to provide strategic leadership and support to the organization. This role will oversee internal operations, contracts, and policies, ensuring the organization's mission and goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the organization at community meetings and on committees.
- Manage overall IT services, including coordination with IT contractors.
- Oversee daily office functions, including mail, deliveries, equipment, and supplies.
- Manage organizational contracts for professional services.
- Coordinate services with human resources and employee benefits programs.
- Manage business insurance renewals in coordination with insurance brokers.
- Assist with grant applications, budget development, and financial reporting.
- Work in partnership with the Executive Director to develop and implement budgets.
- Authorize purchases and expenditures up to $5,000.
- Assist with invoicing, financial document gathering, and communication with finance contractors.
- Develop strategies for efficient use of human and financial resources.
- Prepare documents for annual financial audit and single audit.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, with previous project coordination experience and/or experience in a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in project management and administrative work or comparable skills and experience.
- Experience managing federal and state contracts, including grant compliance and reporting requirements.
- Strong financial management skills, including budget analysis and projection.
- Leadership skills, including strategic planning and team management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and planning skills.
- Valid MN driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
MNCASA provides leadership and resources for sexual assault programs and allies to prevent sexual violence and promote a comprehensive, socially just response for all victims/survivors. We support, convene, and collaborate with sexual assault programs, advocates, prosecutors, and law enforcement officers to promote a more victim-centered response to sexual violence.
