Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Licensing: Maintain a current understanding of applicable licensing requirements and ensure compliance throughout the organization.
  • Program Development: Provide support for new program development, including licensing, onboarding, and ongoing support.
  • Communication: Serve as the point of contact for DHS, County, and Licensing communication for all new program development in assigned regions.
  • Leadership: Provide direction and support to District Directors in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Incident Reporting: Coordinate with District Directors for internal reviews related to Incident Reporting and EUMRs, and provide support to implement corrective action as necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Complete initial VAA and MOMA investigations in conjunction with Quality Assurance.
  • Financial Management: Assist in completion of necessary financial paperwork as applicable.
  • Cultural Competence: Demonstrate responsiveness and effectiveness with cultural, racial, and ethnic differences.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain effective communication to provide resources and supports to staff, persons served, and support teams to implement service recipient plans.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in health services or business field (master's preferred).
  • Experience: 5-7 years experience managing multiple healthcare facilities or residential homes (Adult Foster Care highly preferred).
  • Licensing Knowledge: Knowledgeable in 245D Licensing.
  • Driver's License: Valid Driver License.
  • Job Type: Full-time.
  • Pay: $80,000.00 per year.
  • Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, vision insurance.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday.
  • Experience: Executive mental healthcare leadership: 5 years (Required).
  • Travel: Willingness to travel: 50% (Required).
