About the Role

Haven Hospice is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our operations and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze operations performance to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of operations staff to maximize revenue and EBITDA.
  • Develop and implement annual budgets and operational plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide leadership support and guidance to operations staff to meet established goals and objectives.
  • Build business relationships and increase sales to meet/exceed goals.
  • Evaluate potential growth opportunities through expanding services and develop strategies to implement.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for operations staff to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Establish relationships and function as a liaison between operations and the executive leadership team.
  • Assess processes and performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record of success.
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience with at least five direct reports.
  • Outstanding organization and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and public speaking skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Federal, State, and local regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% or as needed.
