About the Position

This role is designed for an experienced professional specializing in Test and Validation, tasked with independently assessing, analyzing, and calibrating equipment for medium to large-scale projects. The position includes supervising chiller performance assessments, developing tracking systems for test data, and enhancing chiller testing processes. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate key testing activities for water-cooled chillers
  • Conduct real-time analysis of chiller performance
  • Evaluate and refine chiller testing operations
  • Manage the chiller laboratory testing system

Objective of the Role:

  • Enhance engineering capabilities in performance testing
  • Supervise high-volume chiller testing
  • Rapidly diagnose chiller operations and performance issues
  • Monitor and document historical performance data for each chiller category

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial HVAC systems
  • Familiarity with Performance or Factory Acceptance Testing for commercial equipment
  • General understanding of hydronic pumping systems, cooling towers, boilers, and medium voltage industrial power supplies
