Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Essential
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and controls fields
  • A strong commitment to sustainability and a solid understanding of commissioning processes
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Excellent troubleshooting and report writing skills
  • Expertise in MEP systems and HVAC
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management abilities
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
Desirable
  • Commissioning certification is preferred
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • LEED AP or LEED Associate certification
  • Familiarity with HVAC load calculation software
