The Inbound Associate II is tasked with the proficient and safe operation of reach trucks to manage inventory within our distribution center. This position is essential for maintaining an orderly warehouse and ensuring accurate storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently store items in designated warehouse locations for optimal retrieval.
  • Assist in maintaining precise inventory records, including logging items into the warehouse management system (WMS) and performing regular inventory audits.
  • Inspect incoming goods for any damage or discrepancies and report findings to the supervisor.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations and timely task completion.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring proper storage of tools and equipment.
  • Skillfully operate and care for reach trucks and other warehouse machinery, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Support housekeeping and safety initiatives as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating Sit Down Forklift is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of prior warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
  • Dependability and reliability are crucial attributes.
