Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential operational support across various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of general warehouse tasks, including the movement, organization, and replenishment of inventory, as well as managing returns.
- Exhibit proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and standard operational procedures.
- Ensure a safe, tidy, and well-stocked workspace, while recommending process enhancements to management and aiding in the implementation of necessary changes.

Specific Duties:
- Load and unload shipments efficiently.
- Inspect and verify the accuracy of incoming goods.
- Support the maintenance of precise inventory records.
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as required.
- Confirm order accuracy.
- Facilitate training initiatives for team members.
- Execute all tasks safely and efficiently, serving as a role model for colleagues.
- Collaborate with management to resolve operational challenges affecting supply chain efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in math and reading.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and manage fragile items safely.
- Experience in using manual or mechanical handling equipment.
- Ability to maintain clean and organized workstations promptly.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with management.
- Competence in reviewing and processing shipping documents.
- Willingness to contribute to process and logistics improvement initiatives.
- Adherence to safety regulations as mandated by OSHA.
- Compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Capacity to work in varying warehouse conditions.
- Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
