Position Details:

In this full-time position, you will utilize an electric pallet jack to navigate the warehouse effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely operating an electric pallet jack to transport goods within the facility.
  • Achieving a target of picking an average of 13 lines per hour while minimizing downtime.
  • Employing an RF scan gun to accurately select items according to order specifications.
  • Verifying product numbers and quantities to ensure order correctness.
  • Adhering to safety protocols while handling equipment and products.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Participating in regular inventory counts to support accurate stock management.
  • Collaborating with supervisors and team members to communicate order statuses and resolve any issues.
  • Complying with all company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in picking or material handling, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in operating an electric pallet jack and RF scan gun.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to work ethics.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively within a team.
