Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach warehouse associates to achieve daily tasks and goals

  • Participate in inventory and cycle count activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Review and analyze daily production reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, with 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain license
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
