We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Support Representative II to join our team at OE Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and security of our core system and associated third-party applications.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and execute Symitar core system and third-party application processes to ensure seamless member transaction processing.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees and third-party vendors, both locally and remotely.
- Maintain archives of Symitar core system and associated application reports, including document indexing, retrieval, and research.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver exceptional service to our members.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our credit union's products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- High School Diploma/GED required, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Windows 7, 8, and 10, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Competitive compensation, including a salary range of $25.28/hour.
