Job Description:

In this key leadership position, the Front Office Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests and associates, managing communication channels, and working on graphic design projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will support and provide feedback to the Leadership Team, coordinate team and organization events, and create and distribute marketing materials.

Key qualifications for this role include exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Google Suite and social media management.
