Job Overview

As an Overnight Front Desk Agent at 3232 Hotel LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and security.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position for the midnight to 8am shift.
  • You will be responsible for covering front desk operations, including check-in and monitoring of property access.
  • Maintaining active certifications in EAP and FLSD is essential for this role.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to their concerns and requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and updates in our cloud-based system.
  • Field incoming phone calls, offering assistance with hotel inquiries and availability.
  • Process guest transactions, posting additional charges to folios and updating the system for any cancellations or changes.
  • Accommodate walk-in guests, charging them appropriately for available rooms.
  • Verify guest credit information before allowing check-in.
  • Utilize our internal system to track and respond to guest requests.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a building Fire Safety Director by the FDNY.
  • Willingness to undergo on-site examination for FLSD certification and train others on safety procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable learning and working with cloud-based hotel management software.
  • Previous experience in a front desk position or comparable customer service role.
  • Fluency in a secondary language (Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation: Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
