About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and caregivers.
  • Manage client intake, scheduling, and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and task completion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front desk support, client services, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
