Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and people-oriented Front Desk Manager to be the welcoming face of our shop. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional client experience.

About the Role: In this position, you will oversee daily front desk operations, drive sales for tattoo services, and ensure smooth scheduling for our artists. You will greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries via messaging platforms, and scheduling consultations and appointments.
  • Promote and sell tattoo services, upselling packages, designs, or aftercare products when applicable.
  • Work closely with tattoo artists to ensure accurate scheduling and availability.

Requirements:
  • Experience in front desk management, customer service, or retail, preferably in a tattoo shop or similar creative industry.
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, bubbly personality.
