Job Summary

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing Front Desk team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This includes managing and monitoring the team's performance, tracking operational metrics, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing Front Desk team.
  • Manage and monitor the Front Desk team's performance.
  • Track operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality management.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Kronos, Medallion, and guest recovery software.
  • Service-focused with professional presentation skills.
