Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial customers. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, and help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Reach and maintain your target portfolio size within a specified time frame
* Call prospects who are potentially profitable to the bank
* Always maintain the best interest of both the bank and customers in all matters
* Develop an efficient working relationship with Concurrence and the Small Business Loan Center for loan requests
* Closely monitor the assigned loan portfolio for any deterioration in repayment ability
* Advise, teach, and train novice relationship managers on how to best serve our customers
Requirements
* 5+ years of lending experience
* Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft applications

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
