At Management Controls, Inc. (MCi), we're on a mission to revolutionize contractor data and spend management solutions. As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our existing or current business performance at the account level.

We're looking for a results-driven individual who can establish strong working relationships with leaders in our customers' organizations and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be to expand our business performance, making you a key contributor to our growth and expansion strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Establish yourself as the lead point of contact for client matters and develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  2. Own the growth and expansion of existing account revenue across all business lines.
  3. Set Client expectations according to MCi strategy and manage expectations effectively.
  4. Navigate through various client organizations and locations to increase awareness of MCi offerings and solutions.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews on progress of quarterly initiatives with Client stakeholders.
  6. Act as the primary escalation point for clients in need of solution support and coordinate MCi resolution of clients' key issues.
  7. Manage timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven account management or other client-facing relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in software lifecycle and/or SaaS industry.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
