We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding existing accounts, and establishing new relationships in the building products industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and develop targeted sales plans to drive growth.
  • Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market research, analyze competitor activity, and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales teams have the necessary resources, training, and support to achieve sales goals.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Required; preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in the building products industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
