**Job Summary**

Era Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our Community Health team at our University House Wallingford Community in Seattle, WA.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the assessment of residents and implement health care services
  • Collaborate with the Community Health Director to provide health promotion and monitoring of residents

**Requirements:**

  • WA State RN or LPN licensure
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with older adults; nursing experience in an assisted living facility preferred
  • Ability to pass DSHS background check
