Position Overview:
This role serves as a vital link between Providence Home Services and partner facilities, necessitating exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

The Nursing Liaison Specialist is responsible for orchestrating and facilitating home care solutions between Home Services and affiliated institutions for home health, home infusion, and home medical equipment linked to clinical referrals, except in cases where an onsite HME liaison is present.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Education adequate for licensure
  • Registered Nurse License in the state of employment
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in a clinical setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in liaison, marketing, or sales roles
  • Background in the healthcare sector
  • Proven track record in medical account management
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR
