KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directs overall operations of the establishment, encompassing daily decision-making, team support, guest relations, scheduling, kitchen management, financial oversight, cost management, inventory control, sales enhancement, and community participation.
• Adheres to all safety protocols, including food safety regulations, profitability targets, and strategic planning while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Exercises sound judgment and effective decision-making skills.
• Provides constructive coaching and delegation to the management team with timely follow-up.
• Ensures staffing levels meet operational standards and that the venue is adequately staffed at all times.
• Plans proactively and recruits seasonal staff as needed.
• Guides staff and managers in accordance with operational and procedural requirements, upholding high standards and following up on specific directives.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of management experience with comprehensive operational knowledge.
• ServSafe Certification and all local/state required certifications (training available).
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational capabilities.
• Maintains a professional appearance and serves as a positive role model within the establishment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Holds self and others accountable to consistently uphold high-performance standards.
• Expected work week of a minimum of 50 hours; peak seasons may require additional hours.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) and office skills are required.
