Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate daily clinic operations, including office management and staff supervision.
- Ensure seamless communication with patients, staff, and external partners.
- Manage and maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including scheduling, data entry, and reporting.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare administration, social work).
- At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A competitive salary range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.
