Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Heron Ridge Associates. As a key member of our outpatient private practice, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient daily operations of our clinic site, including office supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and office administration
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, billing, and insurance verification
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced college coursework in business or healthcare administration preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting, with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and distractions
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office
