Senior Vice President of Residential Care Division

The Senior Vice President of Residential Care Division will provide strategic leadership and oversight to the Residential Treatment Division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of clients, as well as managing the division's budget and resources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of clients, including residential treatment and rehabilitation services.
- Manage the division's budget and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds and optimal program outcomes.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the Residential Treatment Division, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Master's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, or Business Administration.
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Clinical Psychologist (PH.D), or Psy.D. licensure preferred.
- At least 7 plus years' supervisory and administrative experience in a behavioral health care environment and housing.
- Experience in staff supervision, clinical supervision and interventions, project management, budget management, Medicaid billing, and quality assurance experience in providing services to individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) in housing.
- Experience in evidence-based practice, trauma-informed care, housing first model, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction.
- Ability to work under stress, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with consumers/residents, families, and staff in a caring and respectful manner.
