YOUR ROLE
Under general supervision, you will deliver engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams regarding CRM products.
- Offer technical clinical and programming support primarily to the sales and clinical teams.
- Build trust and rapport with customers by integrating into all accounts.
- Achieve proficiency in complex programming and case support through acquired product knowledge.
- Engage with customers, physicians, and institutional staff to provide exceptional service.
- Adhere to FDA regulations and company policies while maintaining positive communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide technical support for implant and procedural cases on a 24-hour on-call basis.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to obtain certification on all CRM products.
- 0-2 years of experience in the medical device industry or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex clinical scenarios.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Availability for a rotational on-call schedule to support after-hours duties.
- Flexibility to work varied hours and complete an extensive training program.
