Your Role
In this position, you will operate under general supervision, delivering engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and sales teams regarding CRM products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical and programming assistance to support sales and clinical teams.
  • Building trust and rapport with customers and integrating into various accounts.
  • Developing proficiency in complex programming and case support through product knowledge.
  • Engaging with customers, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
  • Adhering to regulatory standards and company policies while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Offering technical support for implant and procedural cases on a 24-hour on-call basis.

Qualifications
Required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to achieve certification on all CRM products.
- 0-2 years of experience in the medical device sector or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on detail and independent work.

Preferred:
- Willingness to participate in a rotational on-call schedule and work flexible hours.
- Completion of an extensive training program.
